Q) Where do we Purchase Adult Tickets?
Q) Where are the Free Kid’s Tickets located?
A) Free Kid’s Tickets can be found at most major local area merchants such as gas stations, convenience stores, fast food restaurants and so on. Free Kid’s Tickets are also mailed to local area schools and daycares. The Free Kid’s Tickets are mailed out to those locations 2 weeks before show date.
Q) How do I use my Free Kid’s Tickets if there is no place to enter them online?
A) Bring your Free Kid’s Tickets with you to the Circus, the Free Kid’s Ticket is the child’s admission with a paid Adult Ticket each.
Q) What ages can use a Free Kid’s Ticket?
A) Children 2 and under are free. Children 3 thru 13 can use the Free Kid’s Ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket. Anyone over the age of 13 is considered an adult admission.
Q) How many children can I get in for free with the Free Kid’s Ticket?
A) One free child with a Free Kid’s Ticket per paid adult.
Q) Do my Free Kid’s Tickets work for VIP RingSide Seating?
A) The Free Kid’s Ticket is for general admission use only. However, on show day you can upgrade the Free Kid’s Ticket to VIP RingSide Seating.
Q) If I buy my tickets online and I have Free Kid’s Tickets in my hands, how do I know I’m going to get to sit with my children?
A) All GA / General Admission seating is open seating (first come first serve). We suggest you get there early for the best seats. If you want VIP RingSide Seating you may upgrade to VIP RingSide Seating on show day.
Q) Can tickets be purchased at the door?
A) Yes, tickets can be purchased as early as two hours prior to the first show time and the circus box office stays open all day until the last show.
Q) Why does it say GA on the ticket purchasing page?
A) GA stands for GENERAL ADMISSION seating (first come first serve). Arrive early for best seating or upgrade to VIP RingSide Seating.
Q) Can I get the $12.50 Adult Discount Tickets at the box office on show day?
A) The $12.50 Adult Discount Tickets are available online only while they last. Online sales cutoff at 10:30 AM on show day; After 10:30 AM tickets are only available at the circus box office at full price.
Q) How do I get my tickets after I purchase them?
A) Tickets will be emailed to you; you can then print the tickets OR simply show them from your phone to be scanned at the door.
Q) What if I didn’t receive my tickets?
A) If you do not receive your tickets instantly via email please call our office, so we may resend your tickets to you. (941-343-2378)
Q) What is Ticket Guardian?
provides insurance for your registrations. You can be worry free by knowing you can recoup your ticket price and service fees for a minimal cost, so that if you’re unable to make it to the show for one of 15 covered reasons, TicketGuardian

Q) Are there assigned seats?
A) Seating is on a first come first serve basis. The same rule applies to the VIP RingSide Seating.
Q) What time do the doors open?
A) Doors open 1 hour prior to show time.
Q) How long is the show?
A) The circus performance is 1 1/2 hours long.
Q) Can we bring our own food?
A) Outside food and drink is not permitted in the Circus.
Q) Do you use peanut products?
A) None of the products we use or sell contain peanut products, but the venues do sell concessions as well and we ask that customers contact the venue to check with them.
